CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- Cancellations made 15 days or more before the tour date: full refund.
- Cancellations made 14 to 7 days before the tour date: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date, or no-show: no refund.
If we cancel a tour (insufficient participants, weather, force majeure) you receive a full refund or may move to another date.
Approved refunds are returned to the card used for payment within 14 days.
