This agreement governs the online purchase of tours on samextour.com under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Distance Contracts Regulation and the Package Tour Contracts Regulation.
Service and price: The tour, date, number of travellers, extras and total price (VAT included) are shown in the order summary and in the confirmation e-mail. Prices displayed in foreign currencies are charged in Turkish Lira at the Central Bank of Türkiye selling rate; the exact amount is shown before payment.
Payment: Payment is taken by credit/debit card via Garanti BBVA 3D Secure. Card details are not stored by the seller.
Right of withdrawal: Under Article 15(1)(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for leisure, transport and accommodation services to be provided on a specific date. Cancellations are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Disputes: Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Türkiye have jurisdiction.
